Viper Networks Announces Cisco and Other Third-Party Interoperability for New IP PBX

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2004--Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER) announced today that its recently launched IP PBX product has passed internal testing, and will allow for interoperability with Cisco(R), SNOM(R), and Grandstream(R) desktop IP phones as the Company further expands its offering of business grade VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) solutions.
In addition to Viper-branded products, the Company plans to enter into authorized "re-seller" agreements with some manufacturers in order to offer business customers more complete solutions and capitalize on equipment sales.
