Conference call to discuss results scheduled for 8:30 a.m. EST on March 3, 2005

NEW YORK -- February 10, 2005 -- 24/7 Real Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: TFSM), a pioneer in interactive marketing and technology, will release its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2004, after the close of the market on Wednesday, March 2, 2005.
